Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:
- Technical issues that prevent you from accessing or using our services for more than 24 consecutive hours.
- Incorrect or duplicate charges to your payment method.
- Cancellation of your subscription within 14 days of initial purchase (for new subscribers only).
Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at cs@triple.cash with the following information:
- Your full name and email address associated with your account
- Date of purchase
- Reason for requesting a refund
- Any relevant documentation or screenshots
We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Limitations
Please note the following limitations to our refund policy:
- Refunds will not be provided for subscriptions that have been active for more than 14 days.
- We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of subscription periods.
- Refunds are not available for accounts that have violated our Terms of Service.
- One-time purchases of premium content or features are generally non-refundable unless they fail to function as described.
Subscription Cancellation
Cancelling your subscription will stop future billing but will not automatically trigger a refund. Your access to premium features will continue until the end of your current billing period.
